Soy, coconut-soy and clean-burning blends poured on automated lines with wick-centering QC — every batch burn-tested before it leaves the building.

Wax blend, fragrance load, wick size and vessel diameter have to agree, or the candle tunnels, soots, or loses its scent after the first burn. We specify the four together for every SKU and prove the result with a burn test rather than a data sheet.
That matters most in private label: your reorder has to perform exactly like the sample your buyer approved — in a different season, on a different production day.
Candles are the line where a good factory and a cheap factory look identical in a photo. The difference shows up in the second container.
Every production batch is tested for wax pool quality, wick performance, soot and cold and hot throw. The report travels with the shipment, so your QC team has something concrete to check against.
An off-centre wick is the most common reason a candle fails on a retail shelf. Wick placement is checked at the pour station and again after curing, not spot-checked at the end of the run.
Candles rest for the full cure period before packing. Shipping a candle early is the fastest way to lose the top notes your buyer approved at sample stage.
Glass, tins and ceramic vessels with matched lids, plus cartons built to your dieline. The vessel can change between orders without forcing a new fragrance approval.
Each of these can be specified independently — change one, or change all of them.
Library or custom creation. Fragrance load is tuned to the wax blend you choose, because throw behaves very differently in soy than in coconut-soy.
Amber, clear, frosted or custom-coloured glass, aluminium tins and ceramic. Lids in metal, wood or glass, matched to the vessel neck.
Cotton for a classic flame, wood for a crackling sound, or a slower-burn configuration for larger vessels — all sized against the vessel diameter.
Labels, dust covers, rigid boxes and gift sets. Seasonal programs can be produced in one run with mixed SKUs and matched scent names.
Terms below are indicative for stock vessels with custom labels. Custom glass or bespoke lids move both the MOQ and the timeline.
500 pieces per SKU using our stock vessels with your label. Custom glass, bespoke lids or printed tins start at 2,000–3,000 pieces per design.
Yes. We keep a retained sample and a batch record per fragrance code and compound against that standard. Reorders run the same wick and the same load unless you ask for a change.
A burn-test report is issued for each production batch, covering pool quality, wick performance and soot. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost before shipment.
Soy for a clean, slower burn and a strong natural story; coconut-soy for a smoother surface and better cold throw; para-soy when scent intensity and cost matter most. We will quote all three so you can compare.
Yes, and it is usually worth doing. Mixed containers with matched scent names reduce freight cost and let you test several categories in one market entry.
Send the vessel size and the scent direction. Poured samples with your label take 7–10 working days, and the burn test comes with them.
